ART: Asset Reliability Transformation®
Topics covered: ART in detail and a comparison to other methodologies
An overview of the asset reliability transformation [ART] process
For many years, people have been trying to improve reliability in industrial facilities. Some have had success, but by far the majority have not. In the worst-case, programs were canceled by senior management, and the personnel were asked to leave the organization. But in many cases, programs either fail to get off the ground in the first place, delivered marginal value, or simply faded away over time.
Based on 35 years of experience, plus research that has involved plant practitioners and authors alike, and a concentrated effort over the past 10 years, Mobius Institute™ has developed the Asset Reliability Transformation ART process.
This course provides a detailed overview of the ART process. If you wish to know more about the ART process, you should take the Asset Reliability Practitioner® ARP-L course for Reliability Program Leaders. These lessons came from that course, and you will be credited with this course fee if you upgrade to the ARP-L course.
