About this Course
Field Lubrication Category I is a four-day course Monday – Wednesday from 8:00am – 5:00pm and Thursday 8:00am – 12:00pm. This course is designed for in-plant technicians responsible for lubrication tasks, helping you understand the importance of field lubrication. Using interactive simulations and 3D animations, you will learn the fundamentals of lubrication including lubricant composition, appropriate lubricant selection, and lubricant application methods. FL CAT I is ideal for those performing daily lubrication duties like oil changes and sampling, as well as greasing. Our course equips you with the best practices to enhance skills, improve machinery reliability, and support a more efficient maintenance program. Upon completing the training, the students can take the certification exam independently with an approved invigilator. The FL CAT I exam has 70 multiple-choice questions with 2 hours to complete.
